Where is MmaTsebe located exactly?

Positioned strategically on the northern boundary of Moremi Game Reserve, MmaTsebe claims one of the most enviable locations among Okavango Delta camps. The camp sits along the Mbudi River in the Khwai region, where the permanent waters of the delta meet diverse terrestrial ecosystems. How to get to MmaTsebe?

Reaching MmaTsebe follows the typical access pattern of remote Okavango Delta camps, with most guests arriving via light aircraft to Khwai Airstrip. The camp provides complimentary road transfers for the scenic 30-minute journey from the airstrip through diverse landscapes. For adventurous travelers, self-drive access distinguishes MmaTsebe from many fly-in-only delta camps, with routes available from Maun or Savuti. A capable 4x4 vehicle remains essential for navigating the varied terrain typical of Okavango Delta camps.

Upon landing at Khwai Airstrip, the MmaTsebe team welcomes guests with the warm hospitality that sets exceptional Okavango Delta camps apart. The transfer to camp becomes your first game drive, often featuring sightings and diverse birdlife along the way. At camp, a comprehensive orientation introduces the unfenced environment, safety protocols, and daily rhythms that characterize authentic delta camps.
